Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant for a temp-to-hire opportunity in San Bernardino, CA. This role is ideal for a Human Resources or administrative professional who enjoys supporting recruiting, onboarding, employee records, payroll coordination, and day-to-day HR operations. The HR Assistant will work closely with the HR team to help maintain accurate employee information, support candidates and new hires, and ensure HR processes are completed efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate is dependable, service-focused, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced administrative setting. Key Responsibilities - Support recruiting activities, including job postings, resume review, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.1–3 years of Human Resources or administrative experience.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
Experience with HRIS or payroll systems preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
