The successful candidate will be responsible for listing properties, working closely with sellers, and ensuring a smooth transaction process from initial contact to closing. This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate market, a commitment to exceptional client service, and a drive to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain relationships with property owners looking to sell. * Evaluate properties to establish market values and list them at competitive price points. * Create and implement marketing strategies to attract potential buyers. * Coordinate open houses, showings, and private viewings for potential buyers. * Negotiate offers between sellers and buyers to facilitate a satisfactory transaction. * Maintain and update listings of available properties. * Collaborate with real estate photographers, home inspectors, contractors, and other service providers. * Stay informed of real estate market conditions and industry legislation. * Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms. * Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc). * Maintain and grow your client base by generating leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
