Job Title: Medical Device Assembly / Production Associate
Location: Westford , MA

Job Description:

• Assemble, repair, test, and inspect medical devices such as pacemakers, ICDs, leads, and related products.
• Follow written work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Perform production work in a clean manufacturing environment under supervision.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records for traceability.
• Use computers and electronic systems for data entry and tracking.
• Handle small parts and complete tasks with attention to detail.
• Support continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing activities.
• Communicate issues, ideas, and updates with supervisors and team members.
• Meet production goals while maintaining product quality.
• Follow strict gowning, cleanliness, clothing, and personal appearance requirements.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing, assembly, inspection, or production experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with small components.
• Basic computer skills and good attention to detail.
• Ability to work safely and maintain quality standards.
