As a Security Officer Patrol Operations in Pasadena TX you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a healthcare location where you will conduct routine patrols remain visible to help deter security-related incidents and support patients visitors and staff with exceptional customer service and this people-first role you will bring a reliable agile approach work with integrity and contribute to a caring team-driven environment focused on responsive support.

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients visitors staff and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location including entrances hallways parking areas and perimeter spaces helping to identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may need attention.
• Support access control activities by monitoring entry points verifying credentials when required and assisting with visitor direction and/or screening processes based on location procedures.
• Work in a healthcare location where conditions may vary by assignment while interacting professionally with individuals who may be experiencing stress medical issues and/or emotional situations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
